Mr. Drucker is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in selling and marketing scientific products and services. In addition to his role as President of the Association of Commercial Professionals – Life Sciences (SAMPS), Mr. Drucker is Head of Alliance Management at Q-Squared Solutions, a Quintiles Quest Joint Venture.
Prior to founding the SAMPS Mr. Drucker led marketing for Covance’s Strategic Partnering and Integrated Drug Development business unit, was Vice President of Marketing and EU Business Development at Kaplan EduNeering, a life science compliance and knowledge management company, and led marketing at AAI, a Contract Research Organization providing pre-clinical, clinical, and manufacturing services. Prior to AAI Mr. Drucker was employed in sales, marketing, and communications roles at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech (now GE Healthcare Life Sciences), a world leader in systems, reagents, and solutions for disease research, drug discovery, development, and manufacturing. Chuck has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
Mr. Ball has a long and proven record for bringing life science products to market and capitalizing on existing product potential. In addition to his role with the SAMPS, he is President of Tyball Associates, LLC., a consulting company that brings 21st century sales and marketing strategies to companies in the biotech tools space. He also serves on the board of several companies.
Most recently, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Accuri Cytometers where he developed a novel commercialization model that is highly capital-efficient. He and the management team sold the company to Becton Dickinson for $205M in March 2011. Prior to Accuri Cytometers, he was CEO of Amnis Corporation, a venture backed technology start-up that develops and sells high-end imaging flow cytometers. He has also served as Chief Commercial Officer for Molecular Probes, Inc., the world leader in reagents for cell analysis, including flow cytometry consumables. Prior to that he was with Orchid Biosciences as Sr. VP and General Manager and with Amersham Pharmacia Biotech Inc., where he rose to President, Region North America and was responsible for sales, marketing, and customer support for all products sold in North America.
Mr. Lentfert has a long and proven record of combining life science sales and marketing with information technology excellence to enable enhanced customer communications. In addition to his role with the SAMPS, he is the Founder of Razor Profiles, LLC, a Consulting/Software As A Service company that provides business process improvement consulting and project management services as well as unique software as a service solutions.
Most recently, he was Director of Commercial Operations at GE Healthcare Life Sciences, where he optimized many processes that improved commercial effectiveness. Previously, he was Director of Global E-commerce at Amersham Biosciences, where he transitioned 75% of the company's clients from manual phone and fax ordering to e-commerce. Additionally, he spent 8 years in business development roles, selling equipment and reagents to life scientists working for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Academic organizations.
Andy is an achievement-orientated manager, with all round business experience. Andy has nearly 30 years’ experience in developing, marketing, and selling products and services to the Life Science market place.
Andy joined New England Biolabs® (NEB®) in 2009, having previously worked in a variety of R&D, marketing and senior management positions at Amersham, GE and Promega. As Executive Director of Marketing & Sales at NEB, Andy is responsible for the development and implementation of NEB’s marketing strategies and tactics. Andy also oversees its US Sales and Customer Service activities. His role at NEB involves the direct management of the customer service, marketing, and sales professionals, covering the disciplines of market research, product management, channel and order management, US sales, digital marketing, and scientific and marketing communications.
Mr. Tom Sellig has 25 years of Life Science and Consumer Products Experience. His experience spans product and clinical development, manufacturing and supply chain, and commercial and life cycle strategy/management.
Since 2014, he has been Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Patheon, where he leads the global sales and business development organization. Mr. Sellig's knowledge of corporate strategic account and sales management, customer relationship management, marketing, and business partnerships regarding life science products and services support Patheon's growth strategy resulting in a doubling of sales.
Mr. Sellig spent 7 years at Covance, where he led the global clinical and market access sales and client service teams. Prior to his work at Covance, he gained a variety of experience through leadership roles at Ventana Clinical, Digitas Healthcare, Wyeth Consumer, and Procter and Gamble.
Mr. Sellig has an MBA from New York University and a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University.
Ms. Scepkowski has worked in the fields of travel and meeting planning for 30 years. She began her career in corporate travel, where she learned every aspect of the industry from international documentation to running travel departments. Soon after she segued into meeting planning, mainly focused on the life sciences. In order to round out her experience and expand her knowledge of the property side of the business, she later worked in sales for a large hotel and conference center.
Since 2000, Ms. Scepkowski has been the President of Stellar Meetings and Events, managing hundreds of projects for a variety of clients, including many in the SAMPS membership portfolio. With strategic meeting management at the core of Stellar, Ms. Scepkowski incorporates company image and branding into all of her programs. Projects include the management of association annual meetings, client loyalty meetings, sales and marketing meetings, and many unique events to meet her client's needs.

Joanne is the CMO and founder of Kinetogram Marketing, a subscription-based agency. She is an avantgarde, scientific marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, who saw an opportunity to provide skilled marketing, to startups and small life science companies, at affordable rates. She began her career at Millipore as a technical writer before moving on to several startup companies where she handled technical support, sales and marketing. In 2012 she joined eBioscience where she turned around multiple product portfolios through her innate market sense. This earned her the reputation as a fearless spirit with the “Midas touch”. She held leadership positions at Affymetrix and ThermoFisher Scientific where she was awarded Marketeer of the Year. Joanne holds a Bachelors in Biotechnology and Masters in Digital Marketing which enables her to develop innovative, integrated campaigns, measure their effectiveness and ensure quality leads are generated.
